Our Payment Terms outline the process and requirements for payments to ensure a seamless experience. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session or service. Cancellation Policy
Our Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy outlines the notice requirements and procedures for changing or cancelling appointments. We value your time and commitment to our services, and this policy ensures availability for all clients. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling and provide flexible options for unforeseen circumstances. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Notice Requirement: We kindly ask that clients provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a standard session.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the session fee.

Late Cancellations: Late cancellations will be considered a completed session and will be deducted from the package.
No-Show: Failure to attend a session without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the session fee.
Late Arrival: Sessions are scheduled to begin promptly at the agreed time. If you are late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect other clients.
15-Minute Grace Period: If you do not join the session within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time and have not communicated with us, the session will be cancelled and marked as a no-show.
Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss available options.
Procedure: To reschedule, please reach out at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred new date and time.
